Pastor's "Inquirer's" Class
Thursday Evenings from 7:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

Come join us for the first lesson on THURSDAY, January 19th from 7:30 P.M. - 9:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. (There will be refreshments and also, babysitting will be provided for those with children.) The Pastor looks forward to having you join us!

The title of this special ADULT INQUIRERS CLASS IS: "LUTHERAN CATECHESIS & THE CHRISTIAN FAITH!!"

This is a 15 lesson course in basic Christian doctrine and the Lutheran faith. Topics to be studied include:

• Christ and the Bible
• The Work of the Holy Spirit
• God and Creation
• Justification, Angels, Sin
• Holy Baptism
• The 10 Commandments
• The Lord's Supper
• Jesus Christ as Savior
• The Lord's Prayer
• The Last Things
• The Church
• The Office of the Keys
• Confession and Absolution
• ...and your questions

If you have always had questions about various spiritual concerns, this is the class for you! Whether you are interested in a review of you faith, or an introduction to Christian teaching, this class will serve both purposes. It also serves as instruction in preparation for communicant Lutheran membership in the LCMS.

There will be refreshments and also, babysitting will be provided for those with children. Pastor looks forward to having you join us!

Note: Pastor only teaches this twice per year, so NOW is the time to attend! Call if you have questions. (Class starts SEPTEMBER 8th and will end DECEMBER 15th before Christmas)
